Elo English collects the following data:

• Account Information: Email address and display name (via Firebase Authentication)
• Usage Data: Conversation history, progress statistics, completed scenarios
• Audio Data: Microphone access during speaking practice (only during active conversations)
• Profile Photo: Optionally uploaded profile image
• Purchase Data: Subscription status (via RevenueCat)

2. Data Usage

Collected data is used for: account management, personalizing the English practice experience, progress tracking and leaderboards, subscription management, and improving app performance.

3. Third-Party Services

Our app uses Firebase (Google), Google Gemini AI, RevenueCat, and Apple App Store services.

4. Data Security

Your data is protected with HTTPS encryption. Firebase authentication follows industry-standard security practices.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account from within the app, which will permanently delete all your data.

6. Children's Privacy

This app is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted to this page.
